What apps are you using?
In the age of technology there are so many apps to download, but with a library of so many, which ones are the best ones to have?I am going to tell you all the apps you need to complete your weight loss goals.

1. Myfitnesspal
This app allows you to track your calories and your macros all with the simplicity of putting in what you have eaten. But remember to add the tiny parts like your oil and the cheeky chocolate.
2. Instant Heart rate
Instant heart rate is a great way to help track how your heart beats during certain times of the day. Once you start to achieve your weight loss goal, you will be able to notice change how well your cardiovascular health has improved.

How often do you walk and how far? Now's the apportunity to prove it. Get any step counter to track your steps each day. Some mobiles have it already, but any app won't be far off correct. Aim for 8-10,000 steps a day.5. Sleep rate

The main function of this app is for you to be aware of your current health and fitness. It keeps you accountable that you can look at data from previous weeks and months.
