While it is a time to try all your favourite dishes, you may be eating way more than you bargained for. Often it is a psychological trigger that makes you overeat than you normally would.

You are taking more taxi rides, rather than using those good looking legs of yours!

Sleep is important as we know it, however with phones being sublimely the first thing we pick up, you maybe spending a little bit longer in bed, rather than enjoying your holiday.

Be conscious of your eating habits. Compare what you typically eat then try to keep to a structure of eating so you can control your food intake.

Make your travel all about staying mentally and physically healthy. You can still enjoy your travels. While i want you to have as much fun, if put your health as the top prioirty of your trip, you will see how different you can enjoy your trip
