Getting motivated
We all need motivating sometimes especially when you've just started going to the gym. It's very easy to start making excuses about why you can't go and do a gym session today e.g. too tired, not enough time, just had some food etc.
For people just starting a weight loss journey it can be even harder to motivation. You may lack confidence or may find that no one can relate to your current journey.
I will share with you my basic start point to get you motivated and keep you motivated!
1. Focus on your own goals and make them realistic.
Everyone has different goals, some may want to lose weight in 4 week, others may be longer. So having your own realistic goals can keep you personally motivated. If you want it bad enough, you will reach your goal.
2. Plan your day the night before
Planning the next day will help you stay focused on what you want to get done in the day. Write down a list and try to tick it off as the day unwinds. Put the most important task top of the list.
3. Know what you are training and set out a session plan.

4. Surround yourself with like minded people
Being around people who are on a similar journey helps you build a community of friends to share your journey.
5. Look at the picture that motivates you
Having a picture of a family members or a picture of your favourite person on your screen saver can give you the boost every time you look at your phone.
6. Follow inspirational people
Follow people that inspire you to be better, social media is a drug, but there are people that want to impact your life without no cost attached.
7. Positve mind set
See and think positive about every situation. Having a positive mind can make you see things differently.
Summary
Motivation is something people have to find within. Some find it easier than other. Don't give up, things will happen if you stay positive
